We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision
- Use hand tools and power tools to repair or prepare surfaces prior to painting
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure accurate application of coatings
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of materials and tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to safety regulations
- Prior experience with coating techniques or surface preparation is advantageous
