Key Responsibilities:
- Safely perform asbestos and lead abatement procedures following strict safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Prepare and maintain job sites for abatement work.
- Conduct mould removal, minor demolition, and site clean-up.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, respirators, Tyvek suits, and steel-toed boots.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians (asset).
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold professionalism with clients.
- Follow detailed safety procedures and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines while multi-tasking.
Requirements:
- Level 2 WorkSafeBC Abatement Certificate (required).
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
