Baby Nook is a curated baby boutique inside the River Market in New Westminster. A neighbourhood shop built around thoughtful gifting, local brands, and the kind of genuine, community rooted experience you simply won't find at a big box store.
We're looking for a Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate who shares our values: community, ownership, and genuine service. To us, ownership means showing up with initiative and treating the shop like it matters to you, because it truly does to us.
This is a full-time role at 40 hours/week. Shifts are Monday to Friday and holidays, and because we're a small team, consistency and reliability matter a lot to us. We're also a flexible team where shift swaps and coverage between team members are always welcome when life happens.
This is the right role if you love working independently, enjoy making real connections with customers, and get excited about learning the story behind the products you sell. You'll be the heart of the store on your shift: welcoming families, helping customers find the perfect gift, and representing a brand that genuinely cares about its community.

What You'll Do:
- Open and close the shop
- Maintain visual displays, merchandising, and store layout
- Manage inventory, process receivings, and restock as needed
- Create and schedule engaging social media content featuring our products and in-store moments
- Provide exceptional customer service and confidently answer product inquiries
- Collaborate with the team on sales strategies, product promotions, and in-store events
- Track sales data to spot trends and identify opportunities

What We Offer:
