Business Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Guelph!
This is a dynamic, dual-focus role - half marketing, half administrative support. Perfect for someone
who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact working directly with our President and cross-
functional teams.
What You'll Do - Marketing (50%)

Execute our marketing plan across multiple brands

Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social platforms

Build and send email campaigns (newsletters, promos, and more)

Support SEO efforts - keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking

Coordinate marketing materials, subscriptions, and vendor services

Monitor and report on marketing analytics
What You'll Do - Administration (50%)

Support our inspection team with scheduling and customer coordination

Assist our accounting team with invoicing and payment-related tasks

Be a first point of contact for phone, web, and email inquiries

Help organize internal and external company events

Track equipment, materials, and supplies, and place timely orders
What We're Looking For

Experience or coursework in marketing, digital marketing, or communications (preferred)

Comfort with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and basic SEO concepts

General understanding of workplace safety

Valid G driver's license
-
Authorized to work in Canada

Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
