Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features and promotions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are completed
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with PBS and Activix systems is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
