Position Title: Shift Manager
Reports To: Store Manager
Role Overview
A Shift Manager is competent in running a shift un-supervised and is responsible for the accurate balancing of that shift.
A Shift Manager serves and adds value to customer needs in an efficient and friendly manner. This position promotes Subway brand awareness and ensures hygiene standards are met.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Services
- Friendly, prompt and efficient customer service
- Process text and fax orders in an efficient and timely manner
- Prepare all orders as per SUBWAY® store procedures
- Process all Point of Sale transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Deal with difficult and irate customers
- Provide information on products
- Up-sell on Promotions and Specials
- Training of new Sandwich Artist™ as required
