Job Opportunity: Day Cleaners – Sparkle Maids Cleaning Services
Sparkle Maids, a professional residential cleaning company, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented day cleaners to join our team. We provide high-quality house cleaning services to clients in the Oakville and Burlington area and are expanding our roster of trusted professionals.
Position Overview Role: Day Cleaner (House Cleaning)
Schedule: Flexible day shifts, Monday to Friday only
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly with a one-week holdback, plus potential for performance-based incentives
Location: Various residential locations in the Oakville and Burlington area (vehicle access required for efficient travel between jobs)
Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and other standard housekeeping tasks Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail Follow client-specific instructions and safety protocols Work independently or in small teams as required.
Requirements: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently and handle physical tasks Excellent communication skills and respect for client privacy, Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, Legal authorization to work in Canada.
