Required Skill Set
Skills and Responsibilities:
Must-Have
- Good years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience in test automation using Selenium and Java.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based/ migration projects testing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
Good-to-Have
- Understanding of Mortgage origination, underwriting, servicing, or related financial processes is highly preferred.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple applications and systems.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, driving best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Automation testing scope and managing them.
- API testing and ensure validation of service-layer integrations.
- Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution in alignment with project timelines.
Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr – 120,000 CAD/Yr..
