Senior Human Resources Manager
Our client, a respected and growing leader in the home services industry, is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in shaping culture, supporting organizational growth, and driving people strategies across a dynamic and evolving business.
The ideal candidate is a confident relationship-builder and trusted advisor who brings a strong background in human resources leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This individual will lead the HR function with professionalism, discretion, and a people-first mindset while partnering closely with leadership to support long-term business objectives.
This role requires a well-rounded HR leader with demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, compliance, training, and workforce planning. The successful candidate will ensure processes are running effectively, support compliance initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.
The organization offers the resources, stability, and opportunity of a larger company while maintaining the culture and agility of a close-knit team. This position is ideal for a senior HR professional who is passionate about leadership, team development, and creating exceptional employee experiences. The role also offers a flexible hybrid work environment that supports both collaboration and work-life balance.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will bring progressive experience in human resources leadership within a fast-paced environment, along with strong knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems, organizational planning, employee engagement initiatives, and Canadian workplace compliance is highly valued.
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. CHRP or CHRL designation, or progress toward completion, would be considered an asset.
