Lot Manager - Dealership

As our Lot Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining vehicle inventory, coordinating vehicle movement between locations, and ensuring every vehicle is properly displayed and ready for sale. You’ll be an important part of the day-to-day operations that help deliver an exceptional experience for both our team and our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organizing and maintaining dealership inventory on the lot
- Moving vehicles between dealership locations and storage compounds
- Ensuring all vehicles are clean, properly parked, and sales-ready
- Maintaining an organized, professional, and safe lot environment
- Assisting with inventory management and daily operational support
- Safely maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces with confidence and care
- May be required to do support various depts and perform additional tasks and duties required by GSM and dept managers.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the day
- Confidence operating vehicles in tight spaces and busy environments
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time and tasks as required

Compensation: Up to $25/hour (based on previous experience, work history and performance)
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
