Polestar Uptown Toronto is seeking a professional and reliable Lot Attendant to support the daily operations of our retail space. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of vehicle inventory, assisting with vehicle movements, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, charged, and presented to brand standards
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, customer handovers, and special events as required
- Move vehicles safely between display areas, service facilities, storage locations, and off-site destinations
- Monitor inventory placement and assist with lot organization to maximize vehicle presentation
- Conduct regular inspections of inventory for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance requirements
- Support showroom vehicle preparation and presentation
- Maintain vehicle charging schedules and ensure electric vehicles are adequately charged for customer appointments and test drives
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming vehicle shipments
- Coordinate vehicle fueling, cleaning, licensing, and other delivery-related tasks as required
- Keep outdoor and indoor vehicle display areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving and maneuvering a variety of vehicles
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous automotive experience is considered an asset but is not required
