We're Hiring – Frac Water Superheater Operators

Titleist Energy Services is seeking Superheater Operators to join our growing team for the 2026-2027 Winter Season. If you enjoy working in the field, operating specialized equipment, and being part of a safety-focused team, we'd like to hear from you.
Position Summary
As a Superheater Operator, you will safely, operate, and maintain superheater equipment used in oilfield and industrial heating applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate superheater units at customer locations. Primarily Northeastern British Columbia (NEBC)
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Monitor operating temperatures, pressures, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues.
- Complete field paperwork and digital reports.
- Follow company Safe Job Procedures and client safety requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Assist with equipment rig in and rig outs.
- Participate in safety meetings and training. All training to be performed in the Titleist Energy FSJ yard.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Oilfield or industrial operating experience preferred. Production operators in GPO or Power Engineering Courses are also acceptable.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules as required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- CSO or CSTS
- WHMIS
- TDG
(Current certifications are an asset but may be provided for the right candidate.)
What We Offer
- Competitive wages – Consistent Day Rates (12 hours on site with 1 hour travel each way = 14 Hours) of $550.00 -$850.00/day. Dependent on experience and credentials.
