You’ll be assisting with ground operations in the city, helping to change batteries on scooters, relocate scooters, and check for proper function of scooter parts.
Current Shift Openings:
- Days, approx. 7:00am-3:30pm (varying start times)
- Afternoons, approx. 12:00pm - 8:30pm (varying start times)
- Evenings, approx. 3:00pm - 11:30pm (varying start times)
shift times may vary, these are approximate times, shifts will be scheduled based on operational needs, flexibility is a requirement
Orientation Shift:
- June 9th from 10:00am - 1:00pm (orientation shift only)
Responsibilities
- Patrol via E-Scooter and use technology to monitor, rebalance and maintain scooters
- Ensuring the timely retrieval and deployment of scooters at designated parkings stations to support consumer demand
- Redistribution of scooters from low demand zones to high demand zones
- Ensuring timely pick up of assigned scooters from consolidation areas
- Ensuring the quality control is met (basic maintenance) on the scooters, and cleanliness
- Performing ad hoc tasks of retrieval, troubleshooting, testing and solving scooters that are assigned through the central communications platform
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, bend, walk, and stand for long periods of time
- Work outdoors under various weather conditions for 8 hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable in route navigation
- Be able to use a phone to navigate and update work orders
- Strong knowledge of your local geography or the ability to learn.
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability and willingness to work on weekends regularly
