FDS Foundation Drilling Services provides specialized foundation drilling tools and equipment rentals to contractors across Canada and the United States. We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented professional to support bookkeeping from our Oro‑Medonte facility.

Thorough experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central required
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Prepare and issue invoices and proformas
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with payroll and general ledger maintenance
- Support month‑end and year‑end processes
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Extensive daily work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Administrative Support
- General office and administrative support
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and data tracking
- Assist with procurement and logistics
Required Qualifications
- In‑depth, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of AR/AP and general ledger
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working on‑site in an industrial environment
Preferred Experience
- Construction, equipment rental, or industrial background
- ERP or inventory management systems
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
