Essential duties and responsibilities
- Running Till, working with customers and answering phones
- Shipping and receiving - unloading shipments and checking in merchandise
- Maintain inventory controls by filling stock orders, entering received material in computer and counting physical inventory.
- Use of equipment (forklift)
- Wear the proper safety equipment e.g. (steel toed shoes)
Qualification requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good telephone etiquette
- Dependable and reliable
- Good communication, organization, time management, mathematical and computer skills
- Drivers licence
- Forklift certificate
Physical demands and abilities
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to or more than 80 lbs
