We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help them reach their advertising goals, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations that drive results.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients’ advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
- Present results to clients, explain findings, and recommend improvements.
- Suggest changes to tactics or strategies based on performance insights.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to meet client goals.
- Build lasting client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.

- Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients.
- Work well with others and can easily collaborate across departments.
- Take initiative and are comfortable working independently.
- Communicate clearly and can explain ideas in a client-friendly way.
- Are tech-savvy – experience with PowerPoint, Teams, or sales tools is an asset.
- Have a basic understanding of marketing (preferred but not required).

Additional Details:
- Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, inclusive of salary and bonus opportunity
- Job Type: Full Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
- Work Location: In-person in Saskatoon, SK
- License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
