Sous Chef — Little Bones | Westboro, Ottawa
Little Bones is a new contemporary Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar at 342 Richmond Rd in Westboro — from the team behind Lexington. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen and grow with us from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
- Lead the line during service and maintain consistency and quality
- Train, mentor, and motivate a growing kitchen team
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior line cook role
- Passion for elevated food and strong culinary fundamentals
- Natural leader with a calm, team-first approach
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain)
