Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen management, and food production. Mazimize sales through drive thru as well as in store service.
- Guarantee adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and.oversee team mbers in all facets of the restaurant operations, including customer service and food handling.
- Ensure the consistent adherence to policies and procedures to enhance to efficiency and productivity.
- Keep a close eye on inventory levels, manage waste and cost controls, and oversee supply orders. Effectively manage all expenses in alignment with business requirements
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.-

Skills:
- Strong background in restaurant management with a focus on food service and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in bartending and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
