Our busy veterinary hospital is looking for a Client Care Representative to join our team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Our ideal candidate enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative, works efficiently, and can confidently manage a high volume of competing priorities without becoming easily overwhelmed.
What You'll Be Doing
As one of the first points of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive experience. Your day may include:
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Answering a high volume of phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Greeting and assisting clients in person
- Responding to questions and helping clients navigate their pet's care
- Troubleshooting and resolving concerns with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Working closely with veterinarians, technicians, and the Client Care team to keep the day running smoothly
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Taking initiative to identify problems and help find solutions
- Providing exceptional customer service, even during busy or stressful situations

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, medical office, or other busy service-based environment is an asset
- MOA certification or previous veterinary/medical office experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Please note: Our hospital is open 6 days per week, and Saturday shifts may be part of your regular schedule.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
