The Role
You're the front end of the pipeline. Your job is to generate qualified appointments that turn into closed deals. You're not closing, you're filling the calendar with homeowners who are ready to sit with them.
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting via phone, text, and door-to-door (channel depends on team assignment)
- Qualify homeowners using the qualification script (homeowner, roof condition, utility bill, credit profile)
- Book 6–10 confirmed appointments per day
- Confirm appointments 24 hrs before and day-of
- Hit daily activity KPIs - dials, contacts, doors knocked, appointments set
- Log all activity in GHL - no exceptions
- Attend daily huddles and weekly training
Compensation
- Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
