Job Duties:
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their automotive purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accurately deals and submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial and federal guidelines.
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
- Accurately audits team deals post-sale.
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Must comply to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- 2 years of dealership finance and sales experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry or similar field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for process improvements.

Pay: $100,000.00-$146,194.96 per year
