Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Machine Operator (Selective Soldering) to support the production of high-quality electronic assemblies. In this role, you will operate and maintain selective soldering equipment used on printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate selective soldering machines
- Ensure solder joints meet IPC 610 standards and internal quality requirements
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Inspect finished assemblies and document production results
- Troubleshoot soldering equipment and related electrical/mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance to maintain equipment performance
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize workflow
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in PCB assembly, SMT, or electronics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of schematics and electrical wiring
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and testing equipment
- Knowledge of PLCs or automated manufacturing systems (asset)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
