Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain and update customer records in our database efficiently.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and share best practices for effective customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; sales experience is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is an advantage.
