Chow Tai Fook is seeking a Passionate and Customer- Focused Full Time Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a well-established, reputable brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provid a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Build long - term customer relationships and support the development of client loyalty programs
- Keep up to date on promotions, new arrivals, and brand stories to enhance customer engagement
- Support store merchandising, display updates, and inventory replenishment
- Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about our products
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective product knwoledge and selling techniques
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests.
- Mandarin and English speaking are preferred**
- Previous retail and sales experience preferred**
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Work location: Oakridge Park
