Job Description:
We are currently seeking highly skilled & experienced Siding, Soffit, & Fascia Installers who know there way around a brake to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing various exterior renovation projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing soffit, fascia, custom trims and siding on exterior walls in a variety of materials (Vinyl, Aluminum, Hardie Board, LP Smartside)
- Bending custom flashing on an aluminum brake on exterior projects (ie: chimney flashing, counter flashing, & fascia)
- Completing Flashing details on otherwise finished roofing jobs (ie: chimney flashing & counter flashing)
- Assisting with standing seam metal roof installations (very similar skill set required)
- Set up, Clean up & Tear down jobsites at each job
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an installer on exterior projects
- Valid working at heights certification
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy/odd objects
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Adaptable
Training:
As an experienced Soffit, Fascia and Siding Installer, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of the necessary skills and knowledge for this role. However, we offer ongoing training to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest techniques, products and safety protocols.
