Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling consultations, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and equipment
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling inquiries
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the team with retail sales efforts by promoting products aligned with client needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation standards is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Ability to upsell services and products in a friendly, non-intrusive manner
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
