Inside Sales/Counter Representative - Dartmouth
Fastening House Inc. & Sabre Industrial is recruiting for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales/Counter Representatives to work in their Dartmouth office location. Inside Sales/Counter Representatives are a crucial part of the customer service model and are key to the success and revenue growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities
Order Management
Order Management is a core function for Inside Sales Representatives.
- Enter customer orders and management fulfillment of customer orders.
- Track orders/Quotes and be proactive with providing customers with information.
- Manage back orders, ensuring customers are kept updated with respect to delivery dates.
Counter Sales
Greeting customers and providing over the counter support is key to our success. An efficient and knowledgeable counter team will determine our customers experience.
- Entering orders, picking orders and offering support to load their vehicle.
- Offer promotions, cross overs or better solutions over the counter
- Maintain showroom inventory levels
Customer Support
Providing customers with a high level of service and support is what differentiates us from our competitors. Inside sales representatives have a significant impact on customer support and satisfaction.
- Provide customers and prospective customers with information regarding products, services, pricing, and general inquiries.
- Effectively manage and resolve any customer related issues such as shipment discrepancies or credit issues.
Warehouse Duties
This role has dual responsibilities from warehouse to counter
- Pick, Pack and prepare product for shipment
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the warehouse and inventory.
- Drive and operate warehouse equipment.
Required Attributes/Skills
- Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to develop relationships with customers and prospective customers
- Collaborative approach to resolving problems
- Strong Analytical Skills
- The ability to learn and understand technical concepts
- Well-developed Computer Skills, the ability to quickly learn and use Fastening House systems, very adept with Microsoft suiteof tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
