We are looking for a passionate, growth-minded Medical Aesthetician to join our expanding team in Collingwood. This is a part-time role to start, with real opportunity for growth as client demand and clinic expansion continue.
What You'll Do
- Perform microneedling, dermaplaning, advanced facials, and chemical peels
- Conduct detailed consultations and design individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare, post-treatment care, and homecare retail
- Document treatments accurately using our EMR (Jane)
- Rebook clients and support retention at every visit
- Contribute to social media content and build your own professional brand page
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario Esthetician Diploma (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on aesthetics experience preferred
- Passionate about skin health, education, and client relationships
- Warm, professional, and emotionally intelligent
- Coachable, growth-minded, and solution-focused
- Comfortable showing up professionally online
The Details
- $21–$23/hr to start based on experience
- Retail commission opportunities
- 2–3 days/week with room to grow
- Hands-on, owner-led onboarding
- 30, 90 & biannual milestone performance reviews
- Clear growth path tied to KPIs and performance
