Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Experience
- Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, particularly in acute care settings where rapid assessment and intervention are critical.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, demonstrating comfort in managing diverse age groups with specialized needs.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent patient care while adhering to safety protocols and medical standards.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice is required to ensure precise communication within healthcare teams.
- Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation clinics is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific clinical environments.
