Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with their needs at the front desk
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently
- Provide professional hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately and promote product awareness
- Ensure all salon areas are organized, sanitized, and ready for daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, hair styling, or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon or similar environment
- Ability to upsell products and services in a friendly, professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working at the front desk or in administrative roles is a plus
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
