Dynamic Energy Services Inc. is a leading provider of energy-efficient LED lighting and advanced lighting control system upgrades. We are expanding our team and seeking a Safety & Field Operations Supervisor to lead our Health & Safety program from compliance to excellence. This position will support company wide operations, which consist of multiple simultaneous electrical retrofit projects across the GTHA.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong construction safety experience and a solid background working with electrical trades, who can enforce safety standards, improve field execution, and support the company’s growth into larger commercial projects and COR certification.
This is a supervisory role that comes with company authority to develop, implement and enforce our company health and safety program across a dynamic group of workers.

Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Leadership:
· Lead site safety compliance in accordance with OHSA and company standards
· Maintain and enhance the company Health and Safety program
· Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and audits
· Enforce safe work practices across all field crews, with a strong focus on electrical safety
· Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
· Support development of policies, procedures, and COR certification requirements
· Contribute to Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC)
· Promote Health and Safety across the company
Field Operations Support:
· Perform routine field visits to active job sites
· Support crews with safe. efficient installation practices for electrical/lighting retrofit work
· Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to job execution
· Standardize installation procedures and ensure consistent quality control across projects
Training & Compliance:
· Deliver engaging safety training (toolbox talks, onboarding, refreshers, etc.)
· Maintain training records and certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, etc.)
· Act as a resource for supervisors and crews on safety and compliance matters

Qualifications
Required:
· 3–7+ years experience in construction or field safety
· Direct experience working/supporting electrical trades or electrical construction projects
· Valid G-Class Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
· Ability to obtain Police Clearance, Fingerprinting, and Security Clearance (Reliability Status)
· Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, with a ‘safety paramount’ mindset
Strong Knowledge Of:
· Occupational health and safety practices in the construction/electrical industry
· Job site hazards and assessments and quality control
· Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms, First Aid & CPR, WHMIS, Designated Substances, Asbestos Awareness, Arc Flash & Shock, Lockout/Tagout, H & S Awareness (Workers & Supervisors), Hazard Assessments, Work Site Inspections
Strongly Preferred:
· NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) or working toward certification
· Electrician’s Certificate of Qualification (309A (preferred) or 442A)
· Knowledge of the Ontario / Canadian Electrical Code
· Experience supporting or initiating ‘COR’ certification (Certificate of Recognition) authorized by the IHSA (Infrastructure Health & Safety Association)
· COR auditor training

Compensation Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience, electrical background, and leadership capability)
