Cook cum Store Incharge – Shree Swami Samartha Vadapav (Oshawa)
Shree Swami Samartha Vadapav is expanding to Oshawa, and we are looking for a dedicated and responsible Cook cum Store Incharge to lead our new location. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Maharashtrian cuisine and can independently manage day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Maharashtrian dishes such as Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Poha, Upma, Thali items, and snacks
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation as per brand standards
- Take full responsibility for store operations, including opening and closing
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
- Supervise and guide junior staff (if any)
- Handle customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain daily sales and basic reporting
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Maharashtrian cuisine
- Ability to independently manage a small restaurant/store setup
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Willingness to work long hours (50–55 hours/week)
