Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client and candidate relationships.
- Make cold calls, send emails, meet people in-person to build a book of business.
- Establish trust and deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients.
- B2B relationship building.
- Execute strategies to grow your professional network and personal brand.
- Prospecting and market mapping.
- Leverage knowledge, technology and insights to identify and secure partnership opportunities.
- Consultation - become a trusted staffing consultant by providing expert advice and strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
Experience
- Proven sales experience, ideally in recruitment, construction or a service related sales role.
- The drive to help people find meaningful careers.
- A track record of drive, professionalism, accountability, and creativity.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-focused work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or anything related.
- Experience in competitive team sports is an asset (not necessarily a requirement), showcasing your ability to excel in high-performance teamwork environments.
