Responsibilities:
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles with passion and precision
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Stay connected with past, present, and future customers
- Show up with a positive attitude, stay motivated, and be open to learning
- Contribute to a team that’s focused on winning together
What You Bring:
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a growth mindset
- A strong customer service focus and sales-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)
