HASM is a nickel alloy fastener manufacturer headquartered in Korea. Our North America office is looking for a Technical Sales Representative, who would be responsible for a range of duties including B2B sales support, inside sales, and administrative duties. It is a fast-paced role with fluctuating priorities and responsibilities. Fluency in both Korean and English is a requirement to fulfill duties. A successful individual would be a self-starter who is action-oriented and is motivated to see tasks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in the planning and strategy for marketing particular properties and expanding business.
· Provide marketing, administrative and organizational support to a team of sales professionals.
· Assist with the development and writing of marketing and presentation materials, client offers, proposals and other required documentation for the team.
· Manage team calendars including critical dates, deadlines, and scheduling of appointments.
· Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
· Collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data and information and compose in straightforward written descriptions of results.
· Professionally interact and communicate with clients.
· Other duties may be assigned.
Required Skill Set:
· Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
· Post-secondary education is required.
· 2+ years’ experience in a professional work environment would be an asset with fastener-related knowledge.
· Ability to independently determine the appropriate methodology for completing open-ended projects when necessary.
· High-energy, proactive individual with a tendency and ability to take initiative, follow through and see tasks through to completion.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
· Acute attention to detail.
· Expert Level in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Ability to work independently with little supervision.
· Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple deadlines, on various projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
