Duties

- Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, measuring materials, and following instructions precisely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and removing hazards
- Operate basic machinery or power tools under supervision to aid in construction activities
- Follow detailed work plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or general labour roles is required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in construction projects
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
