Job Description
Ride Automotive Group is looking for motivated, customer-focused Appointment Coordinator (BDC) to join our Business Development team at our corporate office in Oakville, ON. In this role, you will make outbound calls to customers across Canada and the USA to schedule appointments for our franchise car dealerships.

What You’ll Do
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting dealership service operations by connecting with customers and ensuring their service needs are scheduled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments

Provide a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and confidently

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service appointment options

Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate scheduling with dealership service departments

Maintain detailed, accurate call notes and customer records in the CRM system

Follow up with customers via phone, email and texts

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous and timely manner

Support lead generation and outreach initiatives to increase service appointment volume

Meet or exceed daily call activity goals and appointment-setting targets

Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business development and service performance
Required Qualifications

Bilingual - English, French or Spanish with fluency in English

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing outbound calling, or outbound sales – automotive experience will be an asset

Automotive or service-related experience is an asset
Work Schedule & Location Requirement

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Oakville corporate office

Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Due to the outbound calling nature of the position, remote or hybrid work is not available
