Western Canadian Timber Products Ltd. is seeking Heavy Duty Mechanic for our Fraser Valley operation. This is a full-time position. Qualifications and preferences as follows:
- Preference for a certified and ticketed heavy duty mechanic
- Preference for local candidate but short-term lodging is available
- Drivers license required
- References required
Responsibilities
- Must have experience working on logging equipment (bunchers, yarders, processors, drills)
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on machinery.
