Position Summary
The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive – Civil Infrastructure to support and grow our presence across Eastern Canada. This role focuses on engineering firms, municipalities, utilities, and public-sector organizations, helping them improve how they design, collaborate, and manage infrastructure projects and data.
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role. Success in this position requires patience and consistency—many opportunities involve multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and the need to build trust over time. You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their workflows and position the right combination of software and services.

What You’ll Do
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Civil Infrastructure accounts
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across technical teams and leadership
- Identify opportunities to expand usage of Autodesk, Bluebeam, and related solutions
- Reintroduce and position services where clients have not engaged recently
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Support renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities
- Work with technical and services teams to align solutions to client needs
- Maintain pipeline and account activity in Salesforce
Territory Development
- Support regional growth initiatives and follow up on inbound leads
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and campaigns
- Contribute to account planning and territory strategy
About you...
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (AECO, SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred)
- Experience with consultative or value-based selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- Familiarity with Autodesk, Bluebeam, or adjacent AECO platforms is an asset (not required)
- Experience managing pipeline and forecasting in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
