Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Contractors to join our team. This role involves preparing rental properties for new guests by ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, capable of handling physical tasks, and comfortable with driving between locations. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work independently while contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure the property is fully prepared for incoming guests
- Perform light maintenance or report any damages or repairs needed to property management
- Transport linens, supplies, or equipment between locations as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards within designated timeframes
- Maintain a professional attitude and communicate effectively with property owners and management
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when moving cleaning supplies or linens
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling between properties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete turnovers efficiently
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks that may require standing for extended periods and physical exertion
