Join our dynamic medical supply distribution team in Calgary! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant who brings a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and a positive attitude. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into full-time hours after a 3-month probation period for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and organize incoming inventory; complete data entry and paperwork
- Keep warehouse shelving and storage areas tidy and well organized
- Pick and pack orders using our inventory management system
- Find the best shipping options and provide tracking info to customers
- Coordinate with customs brokers and review incoming products for accuracy and quality
- Support Health Canada compliance with careful attention to detail
What You Bring
- 1+ year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Strong computer and inventory management skills
- Reliable form of transportation (location not easily accessible by most public transit)
- Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs on occasion, as needed
- Team player who’s reliable, organized, and eager to learn
