Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. This position will start part time with opportunity to move to full time, if desired. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role offers opportunities to perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, lash lifts, manicures, pedicures and more, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and skilled in building lasting client relationships.
Duties
- Perform professional skincare services such as facials, waxing, and eyelash lifts and tints tailored to individual client needs
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and upselling services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to promote ongoing skin health
- Manage appointment flow efficiently to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician Diploma
- Experience with a variety of esthetic treatments is highly preferred; additional training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client inquiries
- Professional appearance and attitude, with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities
Pay: $18.00-$41.65 per hour
