Job Summary
The Pigeon Lake Concert Series is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support our 2026 event. This role offers an opportunity to give back, develop new skills, and engage with diverse groups within the community. Volunteers play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for artists, guests, and the community. Whether you’re looking to gain event experience, meet new people, or be part of an incredible live music atmosphere, we’d love to have you involved.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution and operation of various areas throughout the event.
- Volunteer opportunities include ticketing, VIP services, bar service, setup and teardown, housekeeping, camping, shuttle driving, recreation, and more.
- Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere through strong communication, teamwork, and guest interaction.
Experience
- Previous volunteer experience is an asset
- ProServe & ProTect are an asset
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and enthusiasm are essential for creating a welcoming environment
- No formal experience is necessary; training will be provided to ensure volunteers are well-prepared for their roles
