Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Reliable Pro Management
Reliable Pro Management is a growing boutique property management company looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and enjoys troubleshooting and working independently. Most of our portfolio consists of brand-new infill properties, so a large portion of the role involves identifying issues, coordinating minor repairs, and helping troubleshoot situations where things may not have been completed properly by builders or trades.
Schedule:
- Guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week
- Typical working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Additional hours may become available depending on workload
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, polite, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with tenants, trades, and management
- Own liability insurance required
- This is a contractor position

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute repairs promptly
- Use hand tools and power tools to repair, replace, or install equipment components
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation of work performed
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs efficiently
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems is a plus
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position after successfully completing a six-month probationary period, based on performance and company growth.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
