We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Bicycle Mechanic to join our team. If you’re passionate about bikes, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping people ride better, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of bikes including mountain, road, and e-bikes
- Build and prep new bikes for the sales floor to a high standard
- Communicate clearly with customers—assessing issues and explaining service in a simple, friendly way
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the service department running smoothly
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience working in a bike shop service department
- Strong knowledge of bike components, tools, and service techniques
- Confidence working on high-end bikes and hydraulic systems
- Great attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to stay composed under pressure
- A genuine passion for riding
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Suspension servicing and tuning (forks and shocks)
- Understanding of suspension kinematics and bearing overhauls
- Experience with electronic drivetrains
