We are looking for a Participant Support and Services Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Participant Support and Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective and compliant operation of Breton Ability.
This role supports the Supervisors of Participant Support and Services (PSS) through the coordination of audits, data collection, and licensing documentation. The position also plays a key role in operational logistics such as vehicle scheduling, communication, and record management that support a 24/7 care environment for individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate fosters communication across teams, maintains accurate documentation and databases, and contributes to quality assurance and compliance processes that advance the organization’s mission and standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Coordination - Coordinate daily administrative and office operations to support efficient organizational functioning.
- Licensing Coordination - Coordinate licensing activities, including documentation, renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- PSS Coordination - Quality Audits, and Compliance, coordinate Personal Support Services and support quality audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legislation.
- Operational Coordination for Service Delivery - Coordinate operational activities to support effective and timely service delivery.
- Participant Records and Data Management - Maintain accurate, confidential participant records and manage data in accordance with privacy and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably within healthcare, nonprofit, or human services.
- Experience with licensing coordination, compliance reporting, and/or audit preparation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systems.
- Knowledge of privacy, documentation, and vehicle safety standards in care environments.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation required.
