Experienced Dog Daycare Attendant
(Permanent) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Our big dog daycare in Leslieville Toronto is looking for an experienced Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team.
We are looking for someone seeking long-term, year-round employment. This is not a summer, seasonal, or casual position.

To be considered, you must have:
✔ Minimum 1 full year of professional dog daycare experience
✔ Experience working directly with groups of dogs in a professional daycare setting
✔ Strong dog handling skills and confidence managing group play
✔ Availability for opening shifts (9:00 AM start time on weekends)
✔ Interest in long-term employment
Please do not apply if your only experience is owning a dog or caring for dogs belonging to friends, family, or neighbours. Professional dog daycare experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing groups of dogs
- Monitoring canine behaviour and maintaining safe play groups
- Taking high-quality photos and videos of dogs throughout the day
- Basic administrative duties
- Daily cleaning and facility maintenance
- Opening and/or closing the facility
Content Creation Required
A major part of this role involves taking photos and videos of dogs for client updates and social media content.
You must be comfortable using a touch screen phone and enjoy capturing great photos and videos.
Customer Service Skills Required
- Greeting and assisting clients during drop-off and pick-up
- Providing clear and detailed updates about each dog’s day, behaviour, activities, and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with both new and existing clients
- Answering questions about daycare services, routines, and policies
- Guiding new clients through the building on tours and ensuring they are supported in the next steps of registration & starting services
- Maintaining professional and consistent communication at all times
Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
