Job Summary
We are looking to hire a SUB CONTRACTOR only , with own truck and tools to facilitate installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps. Looking for full time sub contractors or part time sub contractors with minimum 5 years experience as a sub contractor. Candidates must possess gas fitter license, contractor license and liability insurance, ac. If you are NOT A SUB CONTRACTOR, with the requirements listed , please do not apply. Area of service is Oshawa East to Kingston with most jobs between Port Hope and Kingston.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications .
- Ensure all installations meet all local / provincial codes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment , utilize drop cloths and properly dispose of waste materials off site.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems installation .
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Construction experience with a focus on system installation
- Mechanical experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
