Overview
We are seeking passionate and professional healthcare practitioners to join our multidisciplinary sports and wellness clinic located inside a premier pickleball facility. We are looking for Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopathic Practitioners, and Athletic Therapists who are dedicated to helping clients move, recover, and perform at their best.
This unique environment offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base ranging from competitive and recreational athletes to active individuals focused on injury prevention, recovery, mobility, and overall wellness. Practitioners will collaborate within a performance-driven setting that blends sports medicine, rehabilitation, and wellness services to support both athletic performance and everyday movement.
The ideal candidate is confident in assessment, treatment planning, hands-on care, and exercise-based rehabilitation, while providing an exceptional client experience in a modern, team-oriented clinic environment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-informed treatment tailored to each client’s goals, injuries, and performance needs
- Deliver hands-on therapy, rehabilitation, and movement-based treatment within scope of practice
- Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, mobility, and performance optimization
- Prescribe and demonstrate corrective exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners and wellness professionals within the facility
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and contribute to a positive clinic experience
- Support athletes and active individuals in returning to sport and improving overall movement quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Participate in community events, workshops, or wellness initiatives within the pickleball facility as needed
Experience
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college or association
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Athletic Therapy, or related field
- Experience treating orthopedic, sports injury, and active population clients is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and performance-based care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Passion for health, wellness, movement, and helping clients achieve their goals
- Experience in sports medicine, fitness, or athletic performance settings is an asset
