We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team, who can work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and oral exams for patients
- Perform oral cancer screenings and other preventive dental services
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized home care recommendations
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control guidelines
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to continuing education and professional development
